Subscriptions automatically billed monthly or annually to your iTunes Account and auto-renew, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Here are the variations:

• Credit - $4.99 for 30 days. The number will be recycled if it is not manually renewed.
